To pay online 24/7 via credit/debit or e-Check, register your My WSSC Water account  and follow the directions. There is a $1.75 convenience fee for this service.

e-Bill customers will receive a bill notification via email when a new quarterly, monthly, adjusted or final bill is available and ready to view online. Additionally, our e-Bill customers receive the benefit of free online e-Check payments. e-Bill customers can choose to pay now, schedule a future payment, or set up automatic payments.

For customers wishing to receive paper bills in the mail, we offer our E-Z Pay Direct Debit Program.  This payment option requires you to complete an application form and provide us with a voided check. Once the information is entered in our system, charges are automatically deducted from your checking or savings bank account on the payment date printed on each bill.

Please be advised that there are companies, including banks, that will offer to pay your WSSC Water​ bill for you by providing bill pay services through their websites. These companies may charge you extra fees for such services, and WSSC Water cannot control when we may receive payments from these companies, possibly resulting in late payments or even service disruptions due to non-payment.

  • Split your bill into two payments
  • Enter a meter reading
  • Request a seven-day payment extension.

• Use PayNearMe Service at a 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, or Family Dollar store. There is a convenience fee of $1.49 for using this service.
